1. Clean the scale body
Turn off the power and unplug the power cord. Soak the gauze and wring it dry, then dipped a little neutral cleaning fluid, and use it to clean the weighing pan, display filter and other parts of the weighing body.
Note: Do not use any chemical solvents for cleaning, and avoid splashing water into the scale body during the cleaning process.
2. Horizontal correction
Check whether the scale body is normal. If it is tilted, adjust the feet of the scale so that the blisters are in the center.
3. Clean the printer
Cut off the power, open the plastic door on the right side of the scale body, hold the plum blossom handle on the outside of the printer, and drag the printer out of the scale body. Press the reed on the front of the printer, loosen the print head, and gently wipe the print head with the special print head cleaning pen in the scale accessory to remove the dirt on it. After wiping, cover the pen cap to prevent the cleaning fluid from evaporating in the pen Wait for two minutes. After the cleaning fluid on the print head is fully evaporated, close the print head, push the printer back into the scale, close the plastic door, power on the test, and it can be used normally after the print is clear.
Note: You must use the cleaning pen that comes with the scale to clean the print head. If the cleaning fluid in the cleaning pen is used up, you can find some clean soft cloth, dipped in a little absolute alcohol to wipe it. It is strictly prohibited to use other cleaning fluids or use hard objects to wipe the print head, otherwise the print head will be damaged.
4. Initialization
The barcode electronic scale has the functions of zero-tracking and zero-clearing at power-on. The scale can be turned on to remove foreign objects on the weighing pan to ensure that the scale is turned on when there is no wind around. If there is a little weight display after turning on, you can press the “clear” key on the keyboard to enable The scale returns to the zero position.
During the weighing process, ensure that no foreign matter around the scale touches the weighing pan, and the bottom of the weighing pan should also be clean and free of foreign matter, otherwise it may cause problems such as inaccurate weighing.
