Our customer’s potato grading used to be a sieve-type sorting machine, which was graded by the size of the potatoes, but the grading was very inaccurate, because the potatoes were imported into the supermarket shelf, so the accuracy was +/- 2 g, so we found that we use the automatic dynamic weighing sorting machine to classify. We have selected a loading machine for him, which can be upgraded to the conveyor belt, enter the sorting machine for grading, and reduce the labor intensity.
We have soft protection at the conveyor outlet and the outlet of the sorting machine to protect the potatoes from damage.
