Jujubes are classified according to their size: there are special grade, first grade, second grade and third grade. Generally, the third grade is 3-3.5cm, the second grade is 3.5-4cm, the first grade is 4-4.5cm, and the one above 4.5cm is generally a special grade.
1. Super-grade gray jujube: The fruit shape is plump and has the characteristics of this variety. The fruit is large and even; the longitudinal diameter is 3.7 cm, the transverse diameter is 2.6 cm in diameter, the single fruit weight is more than 6.5 grams, and the flesh is thick.
2. First-class ash jujube The fruit shape is plump and has the characteristics of this variety; the longitudinal diameter of the fruit is 3.4 ~ 3.6cm, the transverse diameter is 2.3 ~ 2.5cm, the single fruit weight is 5 ~ 6.4 grams, and the flesh is hypertrophic.
3. The longitudinal diameter of the second-grade gray jujube fruit is 3.1-3.3cm, and the transverse diameter is 2.1-2.3cm, and the single fruit weighs 4.1-4.9 grams. The third-grade gray jujube fruit has a longitudinal diameter of less than 3cm and a horizontal diameter of less than 2cm, and the weight of a single fruit is less than 4 grams.
